using 512MB RAM. Battery consumtion low when compared with other Android Updates.

3. Video Calling + Messaging + Voice Calls combined at one place with Google Hangouts app.

Its Attractive ---> Faster ---> Friendly

Cons :

1. The Camera work not up-to the mark it making images more time to focussing.
2. Battery life glitch making worse in some of the KitKat updates.
3. Third party programs cannot write into SD card.

Cons not permanent they just flow away with the time

It has some Glitches further updates may fix these problems already Google announced the new update problems.
