New Windows Build on Air now
Microsoft officially released this build on sep 11th but they stopped the process because of other update bugs in the build.
Finally they have released build number 10536.1004.
Insiders facing some of the early issues while updating to this New build and it's really burden to your mobile.
There is two cases in getting new build
1. You are in official Windows Phone 8.1
2. You are in Insider Preview
Case 1 :
You can directly update to 10536.1004 build no problem with that.
Case 2 :
If you are on the previous build you needs to follow the path which microsoft arranged smoothly for you.
If you are on Windows 10 10512 build you need to check for updates for lattest build then you will get build version 10514 first.
Again you need to check for update then you move to 10536.1000 build. this is stable build from Microsoft bu it comes with a bug.
So you need to update again and install brand new 10536.1004 build this is the final version for now.

Here are the improvements listed by Microsoft.
- Insider Hub is now included again!
- Mobile hotspot functionality has been fixed.
- Voice input has been updated to add support for Japanese and English (India) speech recognition.
- Single hop updates are again available from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview for all devices.
- Two-factor authentication is fixed when setting up a device for both text and phone authentication.
- Start screen will successfully load instead of failing with “Loading …” displayed in a loop until device was rebooted. (We are still tracking down an issue were it may show “Loading …” for a few seconds.)
- Quite Hours\Do Not Disturb has been fixed.
- Delay in showing date and time on Lock screen has been improved.
- Pinch and zoom in Maps now works as expected.
