1. Copy your XAP file into your memory card.
2. Switch of your mobile and switch it on or Wait for sometime.
3. Go to Nokia Store  you will find option SD card just tap on it.
4. Windowsphone will search for the apps which are ready available in your SD card.

Note : you should connect with internet
Why ? windowsphone compares the app which is on your mobile with the latest version available on windowsphone.com and then it install the latest version in your mobile.
