Adobe Reader Short-cuts

Basic
  • Ctrl + O  --- To Open New Document 
  • Shift + Ctrl + S --- To save a new copy
  • Ctrl + W --- to Close the document
  • Ctrl + D --- To see the properties
Search and Find 
  • Shift + Ctrl + F --- To search in a folder
  • Ctrl + F --- To find in present Document
Reading Mode

If you are not feeling comfort with the view of your pdf file then
  • Ctrl + H --- To use Read mode.
  • Ctrl + L --- Full Screen Mode 
  • Ctrl + Y  --- To Zoom
  • Ctrl + 4 ---  To Reflow
  • Shift + Ctrl + H --- To auto-scroll  (You can control by using Up arrow and Down Arrow)
You can listen your pdf file using
First you need to activate Readout Loud option
  • Shift + Ctrl + Y --- To activate read out loud option
  • Shift + Ctrl + V --- To read present page
  • Shift + Ctrl + B -- To read upto the end
  • Shift + Ctrl + C --- Pause
  • Shift + Ctrl + E --- Stop 
Another option for you 

View > Page Display >
Single Page ... Single Page Continuous ..Two Up ...Two Up continuous ...Show Gaps between pages .. Show Cover page during Two up

Adobe Why the people use this pdf files to send or save different types of information.
which preserve the content format correctly.

I have an MS office Doc file which having different options when it s in edited mode, but when it comes to sending data from your PC to another PC the format may change.
In that case you have to send your file again to your friend or other.

Use Pdf file you never lost your content format and all. which preserve your content formation for life time.

I do accept the windows doc file makes your life easy but the versions changes the format will also change.


How can I create a PDF file ?

Use SaveasPDf from microsoft if you are an windows user
if your have openoffice free source just like MS.Office then you can save directly as a pdf file.

File --> Saveas --- > PDF

Some of you facing problem with your Word Documents alignment ???
when you carry to some other PC for printing purpose ?
Eg : you prepared your resume with some cool formats and all...
something like alignment and font size etc...
"SAVE YOUR WORD DOCUMENTS AS PDF" no need to check your alignment and format and all...
(Note : Take both files to Print)







Use #SaveAsPdf which is from Legend Microsoft which comes like addon in your microsoft-Office
