Snipping Tool on your windows 7 and Windows 8
You can make screen shot and the you can save it as
"JPEG GIF PNG MHT"
Note: Snipping Tool is available only in the Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate editions of Windows 7.
In this windows snipping tool you have four options to take the screen shot on your desktop
Next option is CANCEL to cancel the present snipping tool process.

you can Highlight your text or a region which you want to recognise easily by others.
you can use Rubber to revert back tot he old snip.
To Highlight, Use pen tool and Rubber just left click on the Snip to change the colour yo can use the custom colour or colour option in your snipping tool.
You can change your pen colour using a drop down-list in the same window and just few clicks away from you.

- Window
- Rectangle
- Full Screen
Free Form : You can select region which you want to take a snap. Like you can move your mouse in any manner what you want.
Windows : you can select a working window to take the snap
Rectangle : You can take a snip which is only in the form of rectangle.
Full Screen : You no need to select any region in this manner and the total screen will be captured by the snipping tool.
