You can see that extension in

Type of File : Text Document (.txt)

Now Open that File with Notepad++

Notepad++ : Which is a Opensource TExt editor.

Your file look like this

Then

File >> Save As >>

Give your File name like this

"YOUR_FILE_NAME.zip"

This what the file look like with some bla bla bla values combined with some Special Characters don't bother about it.

You will see that New file as ZIP file format.

Your file is ready now

You can Extract that file using WinRar or WinZip

You can see that Extracted folder here.

Now You can open your files normally
